Standard delivery will take between 2-7 business days depending on your geographical location. Please note that product seasonality and courier related factors may affect the delivery time of your order.
We have all of our janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment in stock to make order fulfillment fast and reliable. It will only take us one business day to process your order, so you can expect your order to be shipped the next day.
Since we process the orders quickly, you might not be able to cancel it once your order has been sent to UPS, USPS or FedEx. You may cancel order within 1 hour of placing it. If you wish to request a cancellation, you may contact us at and we will assist you with your concern.

In the event that a product you ordered from us does not meet your expectations, we will gladly offer you our 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee Request. If within 30 days from your purchase, you are not fully satisfied with any of the products, you may request one of the following:

1. Product replacement.
2. Exchange the product with another product of the same value.
3. Refund the amount you paid.
Products that will require replenishment such as anything under the category of paper, chemicals, and skincare are considered non-refundable if they have been used.
All of our products are subject to our 30-Days satisfaction Guarantee. Thus, we only accept product return and refund requests within 30 days upon invoice. Any return/refund request made after 30 days of invoice will not be accepted.
The shipping fee and other charges involved in returning the products to our designated return address will be shouldered by the customer. A restock fee is also being charged on opened products that fall under the categories of paper, chemicals, skincare and anything that requires replenishment.
Rose Janitorial Supplies Company will not act upon the product return request until the item is receive by us at the designated return address. Depending on the shipping method or courier you chose, kindly allow 3-10 business days for the return shipping. Refund or replacement status will be provided once we receive the returned items.
Rose Janitorial Supplies Company does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. If the delivery is insured, we will act upon it. But if not, the customer will have to work out resolution with the logistics company.
